Ingredients:

- 10 sheets nori (seaweed)
- 1/2 pound fresh sushi-grade fish (e.g., tuna, salmon), thinly sliced
- 1 cucumber, julienned
- 1 avocado, sliced

Instructions:
- Step 1: Place a bamboo sushi rolling mat on a flat surface. Put a sheet of plastic wrap on the mat, followed by a sheet of nori.
