Flavor Explosion: Homemade Guacamole

Ingredients:

  • 4 ripe avocados
  • 1 small red onion, finely diced
  • 1-2 tomatoes, diced
  • 1 jalapeño, finely chopped (seeds removed for milder guacamole)
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Tortilla chips for serving

Instructions:

  1. Step 1: Cut the avocados in half and remove the pits. Scoop out the flesh into a bowl.
  2. Step 2: Mash the avocados with a fork, leaving some chunks for texture.
  3. Step 3: Add the finely diced red onion, diced tomatoes, chopped jalapeño, chopped cilantro, and minced garlic to the mashed avocados.
