Ingredients:

  • 1.5 pounds (700g) boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into chunks
  • 2 large onions, finely chopped
  • 3 tomatoes, pureed
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt

  • 2 teaspoons garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
